Masak-masak ^_^

Black-pepper beef

Disebabkan aku ada masalah eating disorder kalau aku duk rumah (sbb tak de mknn), so baru2 ni, aku pun pegi laa shopping barang dapur kat carefour.. lama tak masuk carefour kat mid sbb one way entrance je.. sehala je jalannya.. aim nak beli barang dapur.. tp kena paksa utk lalu semua tempat utk ke bahagian grocery.. so, kesimpulannya aku jumpa segala benda yg aku tak nak beli (jauh perjalanannya) utk sampai ke tempat utama.. Disebabkan dah lama tak shopping barang dapur, aku dgn rambang mata beli dgn banyaknya!!~ hehehee.. seronok shopping ni.. beli daging, meggi mee (keperluan utama), ayamas pelbagai bentuk (drummet, nugget, sosej), sayur2an, buah2an, cili, bawang, sos cili + tomato, beras (lagi satu sbb utama aku dah lama tak masak), telur, sardin, dan lain2... nak beli ikan tp ikan tak segar dah.. mata dah merah kemain!!~ so, nanti2 laa next time pula.. aku musim sejuk2 ni asyik lapar je.. so aku beli  donut, roti canai dan garlic bread frozen..utk snacking2 atau breakfast~ weeheee

Hari ni aku tak pegi lab (bukan ponteng, tp buat keje dari rumah) aku dlm fasa writing ni.. journals bersepah kat bilik.. susah aku nak kemas, set-up lappy, pastu kemas semula.. baik aku duk diam2 je kat bilik aku yg super best ni utk siapkan keje.. ehemmm.. hari ni lunch aku adalah black-pepper beef.. atau daging masak lada hitam.. siap dgn sayur sekali (strategy supaya tak payah masak sayur lauk lain).. nyummy!!~ sedap!!!!~ (oopps terpuji diri sendiri pula) Tak susah pun, senang dan mudah je nak masak ni.. asalkan semua bahan dah ada.. Lebih senang sbb guna non-stick pan... I LOVE IT!!~ bertambah rajin laa aku memasak lepas ni..

Hujan

skrg kat kl musim hujan.. dlm satu hari mesti akan hujan.. pagi cerah dan ceria.. nak dekat ptg2 sket, bumi kl akan disirami hujan.. best juga.. sejuk je.. nak tdo mlm mmg syiok laa.. sampai kdg2 nak bangun pagi pun jd liat.. disebabkan kl biasanya hujan ptg, aku kena make sure 10 mins b4 5.30pm aku dah kena keluar lab.. utk mengelakkan jammed.. kat kl ni biasa laa, asal hujan je jammed.. ada dua cabaran yg aku kena hadapi bila jammed ni.. paling aku tak suka adalah bila stuck dlm UM nak keluar kl gate.. kdg2 tu sampai berjam tak bergerak.. bukan jauh pun, dekat je.. sbb ramai sgt org nak keluar dari UM kot.. bila dah berjaya keluar kl gate, akan jammed lagi kat simpang nak msk federal highway.. susah betul nak pegi ke lane yg paling kiri.. kdg2 nasib baik, ada org give way laa.. tp not so easy.. aku kena pandai cucuk gak laa.. msk slow2, smp mereka mengalah dgn aku.. bila dah msk federal, dah ok dah.. mmg laa sangkut2 gak.. tp at lease tak de laa tak bergerak langsung.. msk jln klang lama pun smooth je.. biasa kat sini akan jammed pukul 7.. kat kl ni aku observe.. kalau hujan akan jammed luar biasa teruk.. lebih parah bila hari tersebut adalah friday.. may b org nak balik kg kot.. huhuhu~

My Precious Sunday

ohh seronoknya pagi Ahad menjelma.. my precious Sunday... hari last utk berehat2 di rumah.. golek2 dpn tv/lappy sambil snacking.. hari cuci baju.. kemas bilik.. kemas rumah.. kdg2 kalau rajin, aku masak (but the frequency is very low) hahahaha.. hari utk baca journals (what else do i do), revise my research work.. writing... writing.. hari utk tgk Merlin season 5.. Once Upon a Time season 2..  Naruto Shippuden.. ahhh seronoknya Ahad.. aku mmg type yg suka duk rumah je.. jarang aku keluar jln2 weekend (lagi pun dah tak de geng nak keluar sama2).. kalau aku keluar rumah tu maksudnya aku tgh lapar pegi cari mkn laa tu.. hehehe.. kdg2 bangun lewat... tp selalunya end up rasa menyesal sbb aku akan sakit kepala the whole day.. aku kan biasa berpagi-pagi setiap hari.. hari2 subuh aku bangun dan terus mulakan hari aku.. my biological clock akan lari kalau bgn lewat... sunday hari utk re-charge my energy for the following week.. utk lebih bersemangat lagi!!~

semua org boleh berjanji..

tp tak semua org mampu menepati janji yg dibuat... 

pada aku, aku mmg tak suka org yg mungkir janji.. 

aku banyak kali dah terkena.. 

dah sampai jd lali je kalau org yg buat janji tu tak tepati janji dia (org yg sama).. 

kdg2 dah boleh predict.. 

mula2 tu, mmg laa sakit hati gak sbb aku dah plan elok2.. 

dah allocate masa aku utk sekian sekian perkara.. 

tp last2 tak jd.. 

terus je mood aku switch off.. 

sekarang ni, bila dah selalu sgt dimungkiri janji.. 

bila dah janji dgn org tu, aku mesti dah fikir plan B.. 

kot2 tak jadi.. huhu~ 

ok laa membantu aku utk lupakan rasa sakit hati tu... 

bila aku ada plan B, aku tak de la rasa frust sgt kalau apa yg dirancang tu tak jadi.. 

lagi pun, mana boleh sakit2 hati ni.. tak cool laa.. tak awet muda!!~ haha... 

kena la maaf kan je kawan kita yg tak dpt tunaikan janji dia tu.. 

sbb aku pun kdg2 tak dpt tepati janji aku atas hal2 yg tak dpt dielakkan.. 

tp, seboleh2nya, aku akan usaha laa utk tepati janji tu..

Showdown 2011

Showdown 2011 ni adalah dance competition.. but more to break-dance and street-dance.. Cam ne aku boleh terfollow showdown ni.. jgn tanya.. hahaa..  nways, mmg best laa juga.. my fav crew ada 2... HMC Plow and Elecoldxhot.. mmg hebat laa diorg ni!!~ sharp and clean movement diorg.. pastu seragam je.. cool habis!!~

Alhamdulillah.. dah selesai candidature defense!!~ rasa lega sgt!!~ huh~ aku punya nerves b4 turn aku... asyik p toilet je.. time tu laa nak sakit perut segala... huhu~ ntah apa2 je... aku kecut perut sgt2 sbb panel aku tu Dr Jenni.. dia pun buat transcriptome profile gak.. cuma bukan secondary metabolites laa... ermm aku takut kalau dia tanya aku pasal transcriptome pipeline.. i mean.. the technical part.. the software segala.. ye laa kan last time org BGI yg buat kan.. aku just analyse the result je.. i'm not the one that assemble those sequences or annotate the unigenes myself..... it tooo much bioinformatics!!!~ tp nasib baik dia tanya pasal pathway je.. tu ok laa.. aku terrer sket bab2 pathway chemistry ni... hehehehe... so far, the post-doc yg supervise aku kata.. "well done, good presentation" heheheheh... so, rasa released laa... pastu p mid utk lunch.. tetiba TERbeli tudung plak.. huhu~ irresistible.. sbb corak dia sgt2 cantik~~

my sweet weekend...

hehe.. after few weekends struggling.. spending days and nights in the lab.. stay back for few days... this weekend is my sweetest weekend ever!!~ I refused to go to the lab.. just rest and lay back at home.. ALONE... yeah.. because my cousin stay at her friends' place.. I dont really care, pun.. suka ati dia laa.. 

my lepaking series events was initially begins with my not-so-late wakeup saturday morning.. actually yesterday I planed to go to the lab.. but somehow, I feel so lazy.. ermm... end up with staying at home.. watching movie...... and went to mid valley.. enjoying my DOUBLE-scooped baskin robin's ice cream... hehe.. it so relaxing... it feel so good.. especially when the ice cream melt in your mouth.. sweet-sour-coffee flavours.. all bend together in my mouth.... haha.. my fav. flavours.. jamoca almond fudge + rainbow sherbert.. nyummy.. so nyummy.. really really nyummy!!~ actually I craved for BR last friday.. but..................... i went back late.. about 9 pm.. and it was not-so-brilliant idea to go to mid that nite.. (they will close at 10pm)

yesterday, I sat alone enjoy my ice cream at BR's table.. watching this one malay couple.. also enjoying their BR.. but instead of at least one scoop/person, they share ONE scoop for two of them!!~ can u imagine!!~ ooohh i dont know.. how to say.. is it because of jimat?? or kedekut?? or they feel it was romantic sharing the ice cream?? huhu~ dunno... tak puas, kot mkn half-scoop je... (to me laaa) 

then, next fav station.... i went to MPH: the bookstore!!!~ I love the smell of books... especially new one.. I feel so refresh!!!~ so relaxing!!~ ermmm I love reading.. it was my fav hobbies since I was a little girl.. I spot not-so-new Sophie Kinsella's novel.. Mini Shopaholic in paperback edition!!~ wow!!~ I want it!!~ the cover is so cute.. blue with a little girl.. Becky's daughter; Minnie.. and also I saw Cecelia Ahern's new novel.. can t remember the title.. but something to do with "Mirror"... huhu~ but i dont plan to buy those.. so, I just wander around the bookstore... flipping through some random pages... from random novels and random mags.. hahha... I love doing this!!!~ I want to buy new book.. or novel.. but... ermm I dont exactly have much time to read it.. in fact, i got more than 3 books that i havent finish read it yet.. huhu~

after maghrib.. i went to another fav spot... it is called Speedy...... the house of CDs and DVDs... i bought 2 DVDs... "Tangled" and "Konsert Alam - M. Nasir".... Tangled... or Rapunzel.... the story of lost princess with long-magic-hair... I love Maximus - the palace white horse the most!!~ he is really funny!!~ especially his facial expression when fight with Eugene!!!~ hahaha... in general, i like the storyline.. Rapunzel is different from other disney princesses characters..  she is much more adventurous!!~ and artistic!!~ ermm... for the M.Nasir's consert.. i bought it for my father.... My family.. we all big fan of M.Nasir especially my father.. my fav song in this concert was... the top list is... 1- keroncong untuk ana, 2- ada, 3- sentuhan listrik mu, 4- dah lagu tu and 5- langgam pak dogo.. these are my top list.. but, the other songs was awesome too!!~ lagi satu yg aku suka tak de dlm this consert.... srikandi cintaku....

just before i get back home.. i bought myself dinner and some energy bars to put in my lab.. since i always stay back late, and in case i feel hungry.. at least i got something to eat before a proper meals..

today... sunday.... ermmm home alone as usual.. literally do nothing significantly related to my research.. huhu~ watching those new DVDs... re-read my fav novel by Sophie Kinsella.... Twenties girls.. it is a story of unfinished business of a ghost name Sadie.. she haunt her great niece to help her get back her precious necklace.... unrealistic story with great ending.. huhu~

tomorrow is monday... esok kena semangat buat keje sbb dah melepak dgn jayanye this weekend..... hehe..

•             smlm aku p shopping with pbiu's angles~ suka suki je ponteng lab.. ni semua idea si ain laa.. hmm biasa laa kalo buat jahat, ktorg mmg sehati sejiwa.. huhu~ dan ayat biasa... "alaa nanti esok ganti ar.. mana syiok shopping time ramai org!!~" mmg pun.. shopping time ramai org mmg laa tak best.. lagi2 kat mid tu.. dia punya ramai org, mmg boleh buat aku pening je.. setiap jubin, ada sorg manusia~

•            kitorg p mid dlm kul 1 laa lebih kurang.. lepas wendy teach the undergrad students.. seb baik mas tamil ada.. so after that, dia yg take over ajar bdk2 tu.. huhu~

MNG.. zara.. nose.. dan kedai2 lain.. tp aim utama aku.. nak beli beg n sandle carlo rino..

•             sales gurl: "additional 10% ni sampai esok je" arrgghh stress betul aku dgr.. so, maksudnya aku kena buat keputusan hari tu jugak.. sbb aku mmg confirm tak kuar rumah merdeka day.. kat jusco and carlo rino.. dua2 pun sale 5 hari je.. and finally, after survey, ada 2 sandle yg mencuri hati.. and 3 handbag.. ermm~ aku ni mmg masalah sket utk buat decision.. nasib laa ada 2 angles yg gorgeous utk tolong aku pilih.. tp masalah jugak sbb diorg ni taste berbeza.. sorg suka hand bag kecik.. sorg suka hand bag besar..
•            last2... aku pilih handbag and sandle purple.. handbag from ELLE, sandle from scholl... entah laa.. thn ni cam rasa nak handbag kaler purple.. ni semua gara2 tgk handbag alia yg warna purple time kenduri bem2.. hehe~ cantik pulak warna purple~ handbag and sandle yg aku pilih ni simple je.. tp selesa laa kan sandle scholl...

•            ok mission not complete yet.. sbb aku teringin sgt nak p jln tar.. sbb brooch aku banyak yg dah rosak.. pastu nak cari tudung lagi~ bila laa nak pegi jln tar.. mmg syiok jln tar tu.. tp memikirkan ramai nye manusia time cuti2 ni, aku surrender laa.. lagi pun tak de kwn plak nak p jln tar.. last year sgt best.. sbb aku p ngan roomate aku~ ktorg pegi malam.. lepas terawikh~ ramai gak org.. sama je mcm pegi siang.. tp pegi mlm lagi best sbb tak panas.. pastu, tak de laa nak stress2 sgt.. cuma nye mata ngantuk laa.. bdn pun letih je.. balik hostel, kalau tak silap aku, dlm pukul 3 pagi laa.. ktorg terus sahur laa balik tu.. waaa~ rindu plak kat x-roomate ku.. dia dah grad pun... kesimpulannya, bila nak p jln tar?? masih lagi mystery~ huhu~
